Team Building

- Families
- Groups

- Boys & Girls Clubs
- Churches
- Recovery Centers
Team building is part of a psychological discipline called Organizational Psychology. It inspires groups of people such as executives, co-workers, families, youth groups, etc. to communicate through a series of planned events that are fun & motivational. These events can be used to determine strong points in an individual’s personality, such as leadership skills, detail skills or even social skills.
Each part of the team holds a vital role to the team as a whole. Team Building is way to recognize those individual skills and appreciate them to the benefit of the team.

MILITARY & FIRST RESPONDERS MATTER
951 - 221 - 1805
"There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends." John 15:13
"We have conducted a number of equine sessions. The men and women who participated tell me that never have they found a group or individual session to be so useful and life changing, and that they have found hope. After these workshops, many reflect frequently on the experience and skills learned then take these lessons into their daily lives."
-SUSAN T. LISI, AFGE LOCAL 3360 CHIEF STEWARD, VA MEDICAL CENTER, CANADDAIGUA, NEW YORK
PTSD
951 - 221 - 1805
We count on our military, police, firefighters, EMS workers, and dispatchers to answer the call. The demands they face make them susceptible to high levels of stress, anxiety, and trauma. Our veterans and first responders and the people who love them live through the horrors of war, death, separation from family, and the kinds of challenging life adjustments that most will never experience or understand.
We, here at Providence Heart Ranch thank those who have answered the call. We are skilled, licensed and certified in Eagala, Equine Assisted Therapy, and Psychotherapy. Whatever the struggles may be, we are here to help.

CHARTER/HOME SCHOOLS
951-221-1805
We are affiliated with many charter/home schools. Please contact your school to receive services with us.
