Your Gifts Will Change a Life...
By adopting a horse you provide scholarships for children, adolescents and adults who can not afford equine therapy or riding lessons.
"Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.” Luke 6:38
We have rescued over 40 animals here at Providence some of them being our therapy dogs and horses. These are animals that were abandoned or neglected. In the process to creating the perfect therapy horses, we found ourselves being ministered to. The nature of these amazing animals - to forgive and give; love, joy, peace, patience, kindness and gentleness surpasses anything you will find in the human world.
Our therapy horses are very special and unique animals, as are the clients who work with them. A horse sponsorship offers us the opportunity to serve those who need us most.
These majestic creatures possess the ability to, not only, change lives... but save lives.
The cost of sponsoring a horse is $ 250.00 per month. This covers all food, suppliments, farrier, worming and annual vaccinations. You can also part sponsor a horse if you wish.
When you sponsor a horse, we will make a notation on our website of your kind sponsorship under the picture of your sponsored horse.
You can also visit your sponsored horse at any time. Just call us in advance to arrange your visit. You are encouraged to bring carrots.
Sponsorship donations, like other donations are completely tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Your sponsorship can be made by check, money order or credit card. If you are doing this by credit card this can be done securely by calling the office at 1.855.684.4357. If you are sending your sponsorship by mail, please send it to our office at:

Yes, you will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous. And when we take your gifts to those who need them, they will thank God. 2 Corinthians 9:11
Cowboy is a Wyoming transplant. Christi's mom brought him to her from her ranch in Cody, Wyoming. He's a funny, big boy that I love to call Moose. He can teach anybody to ride. He is a 15 year old working cow horse. Out of Skippers W, and sired by a Western Pleasure stallion.
Cowboy has done it all; from parades to working cow ranches to mastering the trails. He is Christi's first love.

Her name should be Bella, which means beautiful. She is defiantly a gorgeous girl.
We rescued her in 2017. It was after her rescue we found out she was a registered paint horse. She has had a few foals in her previous life, which explains her love for our mini horses and baby goats. She is the one horse that gets along with all the other horses and other animals.
She is an insightful therapy horse. When you look in her eyes, it feels like she has looked into your heart.
She loves all the things girls love; grooming, hairdos and pretty jewelry (tack). She will melt your heart.

Dakota is a rescued roping horse. She is our beginner rider horse. Her gentle nature is perfect for young riders. As soon as she is saddled, she knows its time to go to work. She has gentle gait and a patient reign.
She is so peaceful that she tends to fall asleep while she is being groomed. You can't help but find peace and comfort when working with her.

Sweetie was our first horse. She was a gift from a dear friend who was moving away and couldn't take her with. She moved onto our ranch 2 days before we moved in.
She taught us as all about really loving a horse. She is amazingly gentle & the perfect horse for any level of rider.
She loves to dance with Stacy in the round pen. She will walk behind you, lay her head on your shoulder and whisper in your ear. She is a love bug through and through.

Meet our newest addition Oggie. Like Cowboy he is a transplant from Cody, Wyoming. He is just two years old (this is an old pic but our favorite). He hasn't figured out how big he has become, being our largest horse. He is a quarter horse, a reined cow horse with 1/8 draft horse. He is out of a daughter of Peptoboonsmal, by a quarter/Belgium cross.
He's like a playful puppy who just loves to play ball, sit on your lap and get scratched behind the ears. He may not sit on your lap but he will cuddle with you all day long.
Cowboy has mentored him well and Christi is training him up to be the perfect therapy/riding horse.

Please allow me to introduce Oreo. One of our two mini horses. Oreo is the momma to Kiki and they are inseparable. They came to us in 2017 and we feel in love instantly.
Oreo is a fun loving little girl who loves to play and lick your hands. She makes a wonderful therapy horse for children. Her pint size and caring nature makes her very approachable and easy to work with.
Kiki is our youngest horse and our smallest of the mini horses. She was born in 2016. About the size of a Labrador dog with the same loyal personality. She loves working with children and is an excellent therapy horse for kids.
She has a very peaceful and patient nature and the most adorable little face you have ever seen. Once you meet her you're mini hooked.
Providence Heart Ranch has combined their love for horses and their desire to help others by introducing people to the majesty that is horsemanship.
